The impressive 210 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a TV. A high chair is also available. The highlight of the villa is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, an open terrace, 2 balconies and a barbecue. The outdoor area is stylishly furnished for dining, sunbathing and relaxing. The bus stop to Marbella is a few minutes away, the bus stop to Malaga is just a 10 minutes walk away. Two beach bars with live music in the summer months are 10 minutes walk away. Closest golf course 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes car drive away. While a small supermarket, a pharmacy and some restaurants are just a 10 minutes walk away, we recommend hiring a car if you want to explore the area or want to have access to wider amenities. A parking space is available in a private garage. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed (for a fee). Youth groups are not allowed.
